"Complete Rip-off!!"
This is a total rip-off!!! Seriously, steer clear of this site!!! I placed an order for around 150 euros a few months back and still haven't seen a thing! I've sent them tons of emails and got zero replies. No refund either. They really need to be reported right away!

"Absolutely Frustrated: No Stars"
We made an order on March 18th, and as of April 17th, not a single item has been shipped. This goes against 16 CFR Part 435, which says that sellers who get buyers to order online need to have a solid reason to think they can ship within the time they advertised, or if they didn’t specify a time, within 30 days. If a seller can’t ship when they said they would, they gotta get the buyer’s okay for a delay or give back the money for the stuff that hasn’t been sent.
We tried to sort things out with Anese, but they just pointed us to their policies, which say that once they hit the 'shipping' stage, no refunds are given. I don’t see how just making a shipping label counts as actually shipping.
Anese is holding onto nearly $400 that we should get back.
The Better Business Bureau has started looking into this company because of the number of complaints we’ve received. Other customers are saying they haven’t gotten the items they paid for.

"Received the incorrect item, now they're ignoring me."
I got a product that I didn't ask for, and they said they issued a refund, but that ain't true. I've shared screenshots of my bank account FIVE TIMES to prove that no refund came through, and now they're just ghosting me. I'm seriously thinking about canceling my monthly subscription because of this.

"Fraudulent company that will take your money..."
This company is a total scam! They don’t give refunds, even if the package gets sent back. The reviews on BBB are super shady. Seriously, don’t buy from them - it’s a massive SCAM!!! I was in the hospital, and my package got returned to sender without being picked up. They kept my cash and won’t resend the items, so they’ve basically stolen nearly $200 from me.

"No item received, no refund given."
I really want to share my thoughts, but I still haven't gotten my item to review... When I requested to cancel my order because it was still sitting there, they hurried to slap a shipping label on it to claim it had 'shipped.' But here we are, 8 days later, and still nothing. I tried to cancel again and get my money back, but they said no since it was marked as 'shipped.' I’m done with these folks; they’ve been super sketchy. I can easily find something just as good on Amazon (which I did), and at least Amazon has a customer service number!
"Incredibly Soft Skin"
I've been using anese products for nearly a year now. I first started with the booty scrub and the 'down with the thickness' mask, then I thought I'd give the boob scrub and mask a shot.
For the most part, I really like their stuff. It's improved my skin's texture and made it feel way softer. After using it, I can't help but touch my legs and butt! I do wish it tackled cellulite a bit better, though. I tried their 'internet famous' mask for that, but honestly, I haven't seen much change.
All in all, I’ll keep using it to keep my skin moisturized, but I’m still on the hunt for something that works better on cellulite.

"Avoid Anese if You're Unsure"
If you're seeing a bunch of mixed feedback and can't decide on Anese, take it from me and look for another option. It's been over a month without receiving my order and their replies to my emails have been pretty scarce. Honestly, this has been the worst experience I've encountered with an online retailer, and I'm left in the dark about whether I'll ever see my money or the item I ordered.

"Terrible experience overall"
This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I placed an order back in November 2021, but the package never showed up, and the customer support team is completely unresponsive to my emails. I feel like I've thrown away both my money and my time.
"Regretting Not Checking Reviews Sooner"
I really wish I had come here and checked out the reviews before making my purchase.
I placed my order over two weeks ago and it’s still not here, though I do have a tracking number that says it was shipped.
After waiting a whole week for my order to ship, I reached out to their support. They mentioned they’d follow up with their fulfillment team and get back to me. The next day, I got an email with a tracking number. But then it took a good 4-5 days for UPS to actually get the product from Anese.
Now, UPS is showing a delivery date that suggests my order won’t arrive until about 3-4 weeks after I placed it.
What really gets me is how their support just brushed off the fact that my order is so delayed. They didn’t even acknowledge my complaint.
Communication is super important in customer service. If you let customers know that things are running late, whether it’s due to stock issues or staffing problems, folks would be more understanding. Instead, I feel completely ignored and a bit gaslit.
I just can’t wrap my head around how a business can function like this.
I’m eager to finally receive my products, but they better be something special if I’m gonna put up with this nonsense again.

"Still waiting on my order for almost a month"
I placed an order for 2 booty glazes on August 5th, and I’m still waiting for them to arrive or even get any news. After two weeks, I reached out to Anese for an update, and they mentioned some stock and supplier problems. I followed up again a week later, but no reply came my way. It’s super frustrating because I spent nearly £60, and now I’m heading abroad, so I can’t even take the product with me.

"Waiting on a piece of my order"
I'm still waiting on a piece of my order. I've reached out a couple of times to inquire about it since I got an email saying it was sent out, but then Anese support informed me there was a stock problem! No updates on when I might get it either. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired!

"Finally, a Facebook ad that didn't let me down!"
The shipping was pretty standard for my purchase, but I really wished for a more reliable tracking system to know when it would arrive. At least I did get my order! Just a heads up, the containers are a bit on the small side for what you pay, but I noticed they’ve released larger sizes of "That Booty Tho," which was definitely the highlight of my order. I’d also recommend checking out "Down with the thickness" and "Have you seen my underwear?" I’d buy these items again, but I’m not too keen on trying out their other stuff. They’ve got a rewards program too, so don’t forget to sign up if you’re planning to order often.

"Anese hasn't delivered my order."
I placed an order on February 2nd. Now it's April, and I still haven't gotten it. I've reached out to Anese multiple times via email, but I've received absolutely nothing back. They seem to be ignoring my requests about my order. Don't let them rip you off like they did to me.
